- Avec Swiss, un vol quotidien vers Zurich via Dallas où la correspondance se fait vers San José sur un vol opéré par American Airlines et avec Edelweiss direct depuis Zurich les mardis, vendredis et samedis.
- Depuis Bruxelles, SN Brussel Airlines, propose deux vols par jour vers Miami d'où vous prendrez une compagnie américaine vers San José.
- Depuis l'Europe, seules les compagnies Ibéria et Condor proposent des vols directs :
Ibéria propose un vol direct quotidien au départ de Madrid, correspondance avec Paris de nombreuses villes de province. 
- Air Canada relie directement San José depuis Toronto trois fois par semaine.
