Protective Gear: At TACACORI ECOLODGE, we provide our team members with personal protective equipment in the form of gloves, and face protection. Your room is equiped with alcool gel. We also are installing the reception desk behind a window barriers to maintain physical distance between our guests and team members in the reception area.
As we learn more about this virus, we will continue to make additional adjustments operationally, based on the latest guidelines and recommendations of the CDC and occupational health specialists.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: Our EcoLodge have updated best practices for protection against infectious disease and have increased cleaning frequency for common areas and hard, non-porous surfaces throughout our hotel. We are continuing to provide our team members with additional cleaning and sanitation supplies. We use an Eco-friendly, high quality and certified product ECOCLEAN (HOSPITAL USE).
The Ecoclean product line has complied with the strictest national and international controls and tests. (www.ecoclean.cr).
Social Distancing: We ask guests to respect CDC recommended social distancing guidelines and maintain a six feet distance when checking into our reception area and moving throughout our common areas. We have reduced our maximum occupancy to allow our guests to better practice social distancing and to minimize contact between our team members and guests.
Digital Guest Book: Guests will become more conscious of and often concerned about what they touch, TACACORI EcoLodge has created its special intranet that will allow them to consult practical and useful information safely without handling a in-room paper guestbook. This support was designed to improve your stay by sharing our actualized recommendations (restaurants, activities...). We can enhance your stay, be connected with our guests by giving them all informations they need on their own phone and/or the digital tablet available in their room.
Disruption of Service: During this time, please be aware that we have suspended daily housekeeping service unless requested. We will assist with trash removal and provide fresh towels and sheets outside of each room as needed. Some of our amenities such as breakfast and reception/gift shop access also have been suspended for the moment but a simple breakfast can be available in your fridge on request.
